"Wonderful place to stay very nice people"

"Cute place right next to the hot springs"

"Clean and nice place. Beautiful area."

"Great stay, beautiful detached private house with no stairs on one level. Grand views of lake, trees, and mountains. Private and very quiet. Nice host who, on request, oriented us to the place and local attractions. Spacious and comfortable. Appliances like new: Full fridge, range/oven with over the range microwave, large high efficiency washer & dryer. Large closet. New walk-in shower with good pressure. All wood floors and cabinets. Notice the lovely painting in the bathroom by the host....

"Beautiful super clean and quiet Hotel "

"Beautiful surroundings, spacious and welcoming unit. We loved it! "

"Comfortable, spacious and pet friendly. Excellent location for access to Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek Ski Area"

"This is a beauty. Plenty of room for 10. The road to the house is a bit rough so be prepared. Great for families."

"A lovely setting for a base to see sights in SW Colorado."

"There was plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The property itself wasn’t as clean as it could be. There were some cobwebs up in the corners and the windows weren’t clean. The outside wasn’t well maintained. There was some lights that didn’t have bulbs in them. The toilet tissue holders in the bathroom were broke. One of the windows was broke as far as the mechanism to open and close it. But overall, it was a pretty great place."

"Great little cabin in the woods. "
