"I enjoyed my stay. The first room I was in was to stuffy and was a room where the windows didn't open. I talked to the front desk and they put me in a different room with an opening window and it was much better. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful and it's very close to a bus stop, restaurant and carrefour city location(small grocery store) which was convenient"

"The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. The hotel is pretty basic but it is what it...

"Belle expérience."

"Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got."

"Very basic room, not even a hot pot or coffee in room. The hotel is in need of a renovation . The area and roads around the hotel are under construction and very heavy car as well as foot traffic due to the hospital and medical facilities around the hotel. Very small tight parking lot. Staff are very nice ."

"Nice staff and very helpful"

"Good place to stay."

"Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again."

"Bon emplacement. Chambre petite. Lit confortable."

"Wonderful location next to the cathedral. Beautiful hotel and spotless rooms. Great host."

"The hotel was clean. The breakfast was an average buffet. Not bad, but not good either. The layout of the hotel was atrocious. The elevator was too small and the layout and size of the room made it very uncomfortable. Very small and cramped. The receptionist was fine, but I had to pay the tax for the room in cash. I didn’t have a small enough bill for the receptionist to make change. I later made a purchase outside the hotel to be able to pay the tax. Small gripe, but annoying. Loved the city of...

"One of the largest low cost rooms I've stayed in in France. Large bathroom with a seperate toilet. Rooms must have been refurbished in the last 5 years. Good soundproofing. Furniture was clean. Floors were clean. But unfortunately the walls were filthy in the toilet and the shower grout was quite moldy. The shower pressure was not good. Location is pretty good. Just 5-10mins up to the old town. Carpark is tight (as they advised it would be). It's also limited to only a few cars so call...

"Chambre spacieuse et très chaleureuse. Bravo pour le fer à repasser avec table"
