"Average all around. Check-in was bad because a guest was cussing someone out down at the end of the rooms. I tried to call the front desk twice about this, but they never answered the phone. Police were called by someone, though, and responded quickly. We wanted a second floor room but were told the king kitchenette wouldn’t be ready for 40 more minutes even though it was 4:10 pm. My opinion is that all the rooms should be ready by the 4 PM check-in time. We downgraded to a standard room so that we could get off the bottom floor and not have to wait 40 minutes. Front desk clerk was friendly, but we saw no one there for backup. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was adequate."

"Super friendly staff, all around clean hotel, room had a little cleaning chemical smell to it and the windows don't open to get fresh air are the only downside to this hotel. Safe area and good parking ($7 fee) available. Nice morning breakfast area with a good selection. P.S. They have a shuttle service to Graton."
