"Overall, my stay was decent; however, I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in Room 419. The AC was not working properly and was blowing warm air instead of cooling the room. This made the room uncomfortable, especially during the evening and overnight hours. Aside from the AC issue, the property was satisfactory, but having a properly functioning air conditioning unit is essential for guest comfort. I hope management addresses this maintenance concern so future guests do not experience the same problem."
