"We had to change rooms due to a very loud vibrating bathroom fan and the very intense cleaning material smell. So we called reception and their super sweet and helpful staff member came out atn10pm to find us another room. Which was super nice, quiet and no smells! We like to thank you guys again for being so extra helpful and attentive. Mattresses were excellent, rooms spotless! "
