"I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients. I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right."

"One of my worst travel experiences. The hotel doesn't not have a front desk so you are literally on your own most times of the day. I had booked the room with breakfast, after inquiring for breakfast the owner said they had stopped the breakfast facility now. So we ended up spending on breakfast daily. The bidet in the washroom was leaking and there was a cockroach in the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone "
