"Parking was great location of hotel perfect , front desk staff needs improvement with people's skills and friendly demeanor, breakfast was very good and clean , cleaning staff was respectful. Need to upgrade hotel room windows outside noise was very awakening . "

"The room had a dead bug in the restroom and wad of long hair in a clot on the floor. Of our 8 day stay, the cleaning staff only cleaned our room 3 nights, which I was not happy about. We gad to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper, due to this. For the $2500 price tag, I would expect the service to be provided. Breakfast was decent; the menu only subtlety rotates, but it did have a decent variety. The grounds are dog friendly, which is an extra fee. The hotel doesn't enforce people clean up after their pets...ruins this accommodation for others. Front desk staff was friend."
