"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. "The floors were unswept. The additional pillows in the cupboard were also so dusty that it caused an allergic reaction. Our rooms were located towards the end of the corridor, where there was dingy/broken furniture and a few male employees always hanging out there which was very uncomfortable everytime we opened the door"
