My overall experience was amazing. My second time here and plan to bring my family here in July for a little retreat in the country side. "Little Savoy in Runaway Bay, St. Ann was a major disappointment. The property appears poorly maintained and in serious need of renovation. The hot water was unreliable, the toilet did not flush properly, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were old and worn. Cleanliness was also a major issue, with roaches in the bathroom, dirt under the sink and in the closet, and even dog feces near the patio/dining area. Check-in was frustrating, as I had to wait outside in the rain for quite some time before being let in. The only positive part of my stay was the massage service, which was very good. Runaway Bay is a beautiful area, but this property needs to close temporarily, clean thoroughly, renovate, and improve guest service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."
