"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"We stayed in the hotel in March 2026 and the staff are super friendly walked their way out to help us; from the General manager Zhang to the front desk staffs Ms Han, Ms. Li, the shuttle drivers, they helped us every way possible when we asked and sometimes even when not asked; if we could rate them any higher we would have no hesitation as we are so thankful for this stay even if it was short.
