Front desk staff were less than forthcoming with keeping us informed about what was going on, to the point of being somewhat dishonest. Disappointing. She THEN informed me that shuttle would leave at 430 am ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? GO HOTEL should be ashamed of the quality and lack of training of their front desk staff!!! It is not the staff!!!! It is ownership and upper management!!"
