"The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black mold. Had we not arrived in Salamanca so late at night, we would have packed up and left for another hotel."

"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . "First of all, I arrived well after the start of check in, but the hotel was locked up. When I phoned the hotel number it just went straight to answerphone - not a lot of use. I then spent 10 minutes webchatting to the Expedia bot going round in circles - it kept saying the same thing - before I got to a human. Eventually it was sorted and the owner woke up(literally) and came to the door. No apology and he even wanted to charge extra for breakfast. Not impressed. To make matters worse, I decided to have dinner at the hotel. I went and sat down at a table, and the owner came to take an order from another couple. He said he'd get me a menu then promptly disappeared to do some cooking. No menu, no drink, so I went to have dinner in the town. Also, there was no hot water. Not the way to run a hotel. Avoid!"
