"The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, there were serious issues with my original room, and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. However, the situation was handled appropriately, professionally, and with genuine care by the staff. While the room issue was inconvenient, I appreciate the way the team responded and worked to resolve it. Their professionalism and customer service made a difficult situation much easier."
