"STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. "Friendly reception staff, good location, good views from the rooftop. Room was large with a comfortable bed. It was generally well kept but a few bits starting to show their age. The hot water didn't last that long - not long enough for 2 showers back to back."
