"The hotel’s facilities were great, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff were truly kind and helpful. I would love to come back again. One thing I don’t quite understand is that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The room itself was fine, and since the window could be opened, I was able to ventilate it and it was okay. I hope the hotel enforces stricter rules against guests who break the rules and smoke in their rooms. I really recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the facilities is excellent for the cost. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised that they even had a public bath."

"Everything was great! There was a check In terminal when we arrived. Fortunately there was someone to help us with the process. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Kashiwa JR station."
