"This property looked beautiful in pictures but unfortunately when we got there it was the complete opposite. We had to pay $200 cleaning fee and a $300 security deposit that wasn’t mentioned before booking. and when we got there the walls were dirty, it looked like they only clean on top because I moved a night stand to pick up something I dropped and there was dirt and pieces of old food under it.
