"Everything was really well maintained, rooms were clean, washroom well maintained, the corner balcony was just star, but the room windows, the front and the left one made us feel just aw stuck, Kalpa though has its own beauty undoubtedly, and this hotel makes it complete. After repeated calls from customer care we were *not* reallocated for different dates or location,which is beyond expectation from your reputed company.
