"Good things:
Staff were honest and well behaved.
Whenever we needed anything,they would come and attend.
Things not satisfactory:
Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you.
There is no lift .
The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room.
The hotel would not provide any water,tea/coffee sachets unless it was asked for every...
