"Great place to stay and great service personnel "

"View to die for. Calm and quiet place. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue and there’s a cafe which rarely opens so you need to have a transport. Overall it was an excellent stay. Wish I had spent more time at the resort to do kayaking etc."

"Very friendly, offered to clean room as well whenever we went out! Perfect view as well!"

"Great location, excellent service and the room is a good size, comfortable & very clean. Unusually for a hotel room, the shower & toilet were separate which I liked. Easy walk to the mosque, museum & shopping. Good restaurants nearby, particularly enjoyed the coffee at Tower Coffee. Staff were friendly & helpful, overall I thought it was great value, especially with the buffet breakfast."

"The place is a dump"

"This is an excellent budget hotel. "

"Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Locatie niet bijzonder. Personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kan zeker aanraden hier te verblijven."

"Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Served breakfast to us in the room. Coffee is excellent! A small mini market was just down the street for incidentals. There is a young lady at the front desk who speaks very good English and is very helpful with restaurant suggestions and printing out our visas for...

"Good value for money with staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Rooms were wonderful, clean and tastefully decorated. My only issue was that there wasn’t any water heater but given Aceh’s hot climate the hot water wasn’t totally necessary. A purified water dispenser was also available if you do not wish to use bottled water. Otherwise 5/5 for me. Keep up the great work! "

"Check in was promising. Friendly, courteous staff, cheerful, and helpful. Showering has major problems; no hot water, and then, NO WATER!. Breakfast request for two Eggs, Sunny Side Up was a total failure.....Gas Stove broken. Toast request was futile as NO BUTTER!. Hotel not allowed to sell BEER!. Paid for three nights, three rooms but stayed only TWO!. Only recommendation I can proffer is to stay at HERMES Palace Hotel. If full occupancy delay your visit as its the only decent Hotel in Banda...
