"We stayed here in June- the room was spacious and wonderfully clean and we were greeted with rum punch and fresh salsa and chips in our room. It was not the busy season, so we had the pool to ourselves! Naicy with concierge was wonderful and receptive to questions and setting up a snorkel tour
Three things I wish I had known:
1) This property is a good 20 minutes south of San Pedro by golf cart. It’s set apart with lots of privacy, but very little to do in the immediate area. Also, rent a golf...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality and outstanding customer service."
