"We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable resort. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is very good and friendly. Only negative matter was that only Junior suite was available and we missed the nice view from our room, but we had enough time to walk around the big area and enjoy. "A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "
