"The staff are friendly, but the hotel is a little dated, and the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. The floor is a bit dirty and wet when we arrived."

"The only thing I like was the bed. The bathroom needed to be updated. There were a lot of what looked like handyman repairs. The management didn’t tell us that there was a problem with the water. It smelled like rotten eggs and my wife got sick and was throwing up. Because we couldn’t wash we decided to leave at 5am."

"Always a good stay here. Great breakfast at Show Low cafe and staff is the best at the hotel"

"Elevators weren't working and there were no more first floor rooms available. We had to carry our car refrigerator, luggage and bike up a flight of stairs. We did have a nice view of the high desert out our window. The king room was fine, spacious, but the bathtub glaze was coming off, and the tub had a narrow bottom that made it feel like I was off balance because the sides started to slant up too soon. The fitted sheet came off the corner of the bed and the mattress cover underneath had brown...

"We have stayed here every fall year for past 3 years enroute to winter home. Upon arrival to check in, (6:00 p.m.) there was no one in the office area. Waited a good 10 mins before being able to check in. The rooms are nice and clean. Missing a hair dryer and in room coffee. Breakfast is very nice but not replenished quickly (waited 15 mins for front desk attendant to return to breakfast area to make more coffee) meanwhile hot items were depleted. Seems she had other duties as well? Morning...

"The room was clean and staff were very nice. However, bringing luggage and belongings in on a cart is extremely difficult. The hallway to the elevator is very narrow, it has a last minute turn before the elevator door and then the elevator itself is small. There’s not enough room for anyone or anything else if you’re taking a cart to the elevator. It’s a very poor design. It might be easier to just take a couple trips without the cart. It’s totally fine if you don’t have to use a cart. But...

"Stayed one night and never again. Way too close to the interstate. If you sleep well with ear plugs or the vent fan running all night you might be okay. Room was comfortable but the road noise is too much, all night long. The restaurant next door is okay food but service and attention is very, very lacking. I'd suggest go to the next town if possible. Breakfast was fair."
