"Refurbished classic building with courtyard. Furniture and design of the rooms is very modern and pleasing. The family running the hotel is lovely and all about the customer experience. The hotel is in a location very near the Ark Fortress but not in the middle of things. Great breakfast! "

"We stayed 1 night. The towels, bed sheet, and blanket were stained. The shower was not clean and in the morning we found ants in the room. The different soap bottles all contained shampoo and no body wash, or anything else. We had a morning flight and no receptionist was to be found to check out. They also don't take credit card and only accept cash for mandatory Uzbekistan tourist tax. Location was difficult to find, not on Google Maps or Google. Even Yandex driver gave up on finding it...
