"Krabi is incredible, definitely go. That being said, I loved Koko Hostel but it’s not for everyone. Older building, run down amenities, leaky water connections everywhere. Koko does a great job of bringing people together, lots of hostel sponsored events and gatherings, I’ll be back for sure! "

"The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). We couldn’t sleep at all but thanks to the staff we could move to the 2nd floor. Everything else was okey…you have a little Night market nearby. We always paid for the transport to the ao nang beach. "Breakfast was amazing. Bed was comfy, AC worked great. Water pressure was great & hot water in showers. Staff was top notch, made my medical stay in Thailand feel welcomed & safe. Even had them do a load of laundry and clothes were clean & smelled wonderdul. Super convenient location for walking, close to everything. I will be staying here again."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and had a really great stay, we were a bit nervous after reading some reviews about noise level, but it was pretty quiet for the most part but YMMV. The A/C unit took a bit to get to the sweet spot and the building was a bit dinged up in spots, but the staff even with limited English was very sweet and accommodating. If location and price are two of the big checkmarks for you than I think Salty Sand is a good choice. If potential noise and partying isn’t for you...

"Mycket hårda sängar och kuddar. Hårda utenöbler så svårt att känna att man har det bekvämt någonstans. Nära till shopping och restauranger. Fint grönområde med tillgång till väldigt enkelt kök och en helt okej pool. Ingen rengöring eller byte av handdukar under vårt uppehåll på 4 nätter. Helt ok för ett par nätter."
