"We loved our stay and the amenities were excellent. We even got to see an elk walking across the parking lot from our hotel room. It was very convenient to the park and easy access. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the pillows. That seems petty, but the pillows were too soft and dnot at all supportive my. I was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. I woke up with a stiff neck and a headache. Otherwise it was a most wonderful experience. I would stay here...

"When I arrived, there was a young man wiping things down, and I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come check me in. He finally came over and checked me in when the girl arrived. It’s supposed to be the person running the front desk. The first room I was put in the air conditioner had a knob and it was broken and didn’t even turn on.
