"Lack of pride and care to this hotel. We will not be going back even if the location was convenient for our plans. We paid way too much money for what we got. Here is a quick run down: Pool had dirt and band aids floating around, same for the hot tub, pool area was not the cleanest either. Unsecure building, no need for a key card to get into the building. Smell of urine and lack of aeration in the hallways. In order to have access to Wi-Fi you had to create an account with Whyndam and share...

"Rooms were very clean. The beds are terrible, you can feel every spring. The bathroom was disgusting due to the water damage. The Sheetrock has peeled up and flaked off all around the tub, black is visible on all the damage, and it looks like it has been patched multiple times. This is not a new issue."

The location is perfect—just a short distance to the ski lifts and conveniently close to the center of town with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall, a great place to stay. "

"The Teton Teepee is a special gem in our resent travels. The staff greets as you walk through the door and make you feel like family immediatley, The main room with the soaring ceiling and the incredible fire place is inviting, comfortable and a social magnet for everyone staying at the lodge. The rooms are comforable and so quiet. I can't say enough about the breakfast, home made,filling and incredible. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have ever had. "We arrived at 3 for check in and no one was there and office was locked. There was a ring door bell so I rang it and she said she’d be there at 4 to check us in. We waited and at 4 there was still no one. I called the number but mailbox is full. The cleaning person told me she was at the sister hotel so we started to head that way but then saw her pull in at 4:10. We get checked in and about an hour later realize our fridge isn’t working. I go back down and she’s out walking the dog so I sit...

"The house was extremely comfortable and honey. One of my favorite rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The decor was cute but not overdone, furniture and beds comfortable and well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and in fact would like to buy a home in the area. If we did, would want it to be just like this nice place. "

The office was closed and the phone number on the email confirmation was an invalid number. The thought that we had no way to get into our reserved hotel room was very scary. Luckily we found another resident there who contacted the manager. The manager arrived shortly to help us check in.
