"Hotel had a moldy and musky odor. The room I stayed in had roaches and mold. The lighting in the room was very dim. I did not see the mold until I used the flashlight on my cellphone. I woke up next morning sick from breathing in the mold. I requested a refund from the live person on the kiosk. They said I need to go through Expedia. I have been trying to get in contact with Expedia. Expedia has been ghosting me. Poor customer service with Expedia. I am also trying to get my security deposit back of $50 from hotel. Hotel is being very disrespectful when contacting them via phone. I have emailed the hotel and they are not responding to me."
