"It’s my most favorite Riad in all of Morocco! I doubt I’ll ever find a more wonderful team of people who go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay most enjoyable. Believe me when I say they helped me tremendously. I had a booking snag and they accommodated me without hesitation and helped coordinate my travel back to the airport at 3:30am. The Riad is more beautiful in person. Everything is clean. The customer service is the best. I’ll always return to Riad Joy when I travel to Fez/Fes....

"I liked this place, except for the bathroom. There was a really funky smell and after a shower there was standing water on the floor. We had to go up some steep stairs to our room. We looked at two rooms on the ground floor and their bathroom situation was very different than ours. "
