"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable."

"My visit started badly because they had no record of my booking. Only after I showed them my confirmed booking did the receptionist stop trying to make me pay for one of their two remaining expensive rooms and referred to a superior. The place is expensive for its condition, by Guatemalan standards, but OK if you tell yourself you are supporting orphans. (The place is run by an outfit supporting orphans.) The hotel is rather worn on the whole, and noisy live music in the evening makes the...
