"The house was very nice and comfortable, however the highlight for us was "location, location, location." Beautiful views in a very friendly neighborhood also close to local amenities 5-10 min walk to the local cafes and pub, 5-10 drive to the local shopping centers. Chris the host was very informative and very thoughtful by way of providing plenty of goodies (tea, coffee chocolates etc to help make our stay enjoyable. Last but certainly not least our doggie Angel absolutely loved it. "

"Site manager/caretaker was nice, room was clean, toilets in the morning not so as to be expected with many people waking up at the same time. Advertised breakfast on hotels.com and on their flyer/map but did not supply breakfast, bit of a false advertising. Only stayed 1 night so can't say much about it. Bed made a squeeky sound and so did the neighbors! People confusing rooms and knocking on our and others doors. Bit expensive $85 for a backpacker, lucky I used a $45 free night discount...

"Greeted warmly by our host and were shown where to park (right in front of our door). He also made sure we understood how to engage the lock on the door. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was extremely well stocked. Not only microwave and full size fridge but an induction hot plate. A wonderful surprise was two jars of breakfast cereal and various spreads for your toast and a full litre of milk. Wow! We had a verandah to sit out on overlooking the little fish pond. Only slight hitch was noisy plumbing in bath. Just have to fiddle a little to stop the noise. This was good value for money. Highly recommend."
