The staff is friendly and efficient. A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use. "

"I expected the hotel to be basic and dull but was pleasantly surprised. The room was excellent value for the price. Decent sized for TV with excellent quality picture. Everything is clean and new. 5 minute walk to Tawangden. Would stay there again no problem"

"The room has no hair dryer which is the most basic thing the hotel should provide. There are roster or chickens on left side of the hotel which make a loud noise to the room since 5 a.m. as well as in the evening. It really disturbs the rest time for me. However, the staff is really nice, room is clean and quite renovate which is different from outside that looks old."
