The floor-plan is great with the large gathering area in the center and instant unobstructed views of the beach right from the main road entry. The bedrooms are arranged in a unique pattern that make each feel private. I liked that the hallway with the shared bath and the back king BR are on the side rather than at the doorway. "Great beach with hardly anyone else on it even during peak vacation time. While the house may be a bit “dated” the price is incredibly reasonable. This house will for sure be on our list for future vacations. "
