"Nous sommes arrivés à 15h et l'hÎtel était fermé, un n° de téléphone plus attribué et un portable sur messagerie et 1/2 h un message pour nous dire qu'ils sont en travaux et de laisser nos coordonnées pour qu'ils puissent nous contacter. On est sensĂ© faire le mĂ©nage Ă  notre dĂ©part, mais il n'y a pas de serpillĂšre et balai, seulement un aspirateur qui adorer ce qui peut. Je ne pense pas revenir"

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
