"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! "Depuis deux ans nous couchons dans cet hôtel, l'acceuil est très convenable. Par contre l'année dernière nous avons coucher dans les chambres hautes de la dépendance, super propre et acceuillante. Cette fois, cela à été dans une chambre basse, et là trop bruyante, des vacanciers qui se croient seules au monde. Que ce soit dans la couloir ou ceux de l'étage que vous entendez marcher. Je conseille cet hôtel sur les chambres hautes"

"The hotel is small, ok for a night. Our room was in a 3rd floor without elevator. It was a tiny room. Mme Boussard in the reception was very kind. As far as I know only french is spoken. We did not take the breakfast as there are a couple of bars ans bakeries nearby where you can have a simple continental breakfast for a few euros. "

"Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room.
