"No towels, shampoo/soap, icebucket. Rude front desk staff, even though we had to ask them for all No towels by the pool. Mold in the bathroom -- disgusting. "Enclosed pool area" -- required us to use our door pass to get in, but the back door leading to an unsecured drive was wide open WITH NO LOCK ON IT. Regardless of politics, our room had an anti-american 'piece of art' hanging in it. No smart tv -- and it was showing everything in spanish. I asked for some one to reset it and...

"Very nice room . First day the pool wasn't open due to low chlorine. Next day the pool was open but couldn't get access to it because there was a ton of people in the pool along side with nowhere to walk or park in their parking lot. Loud music blasting and a cook out in the middle of the parking spaces ! Never will stay here again ."
