"I booked 1 room at rs.1600 online and I registered the room on my name, when we arrive they said they have terminated online service even after my registration and now we have to pay around 2500. We left the hotel and our half day got wasted in searching for other hotels..."

"The room itself was good, but the hotel surrounding and inside of it is pretty emty and scary, you won't see anybody but some drunk people roaming inside the hotel. It felt little insafe to be honest"

"The staff completely denied us having a booking and we had to contact hotels.com to get this sorted. We finally managed to get a room and it wasn’t up to the mark. One of the locks was broken, the room was painted by an amateur and could see patches everywhere, closet was dirty and many tiny little things that didn’t fit right. Fortunately me and my partner only needed the room for a few hours so we can rest before our flight at night so we didn’t really pay attention to these issues"

"They are con artist and dishonest people. Booked via orbitz and paid. When went to the hotel in Mumbai, they said that they were 100% occupied and turned me down. They told me to contact with orbitz to get the refund. When I contacted orbitz, they said that the hotel management said that the room was given. I guess I am thd liar here. Simply stay away from such evil entities and so from orbitz. I sm gonna file a complaint with the US DA office."
