"We stayed one night at Glenghorm Beach Resort and overall had a good experience. The property itself was probably closer to a 3-star stay, but the front desk staff really stood out and made a big difference. She was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, extra towels and soap, and answering our questions about the kitchenette setup.

"Clean and fairly quiet. There is a restaurant located on the property that was good with fair pricing. Staff were very nice!"

"The room was dirty. Floors were not swept, light sockets were nasty, shower curtain was dirty, no fan in bathroom, hole in the wall, fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Pictures on Expedia did not look anything like the room we had. Had to call and get more clean towels, no maid service for a full week. Only good thing about the room was the clean bedding. The restaurant was very good."
