"The worst experience of our lives, we arrived at the lodge on the 31st of December 2021 it was new years eve and the lodge invited us to some bring and braai end of the year party somewhere at the lodge, we were to bring our own meat while they provide the pap and gravy. We slept at around 00H30, in the early hours of the morning at around 3am we discovered that we have been robbed of all our cellphones and some of our belongings. "Definitely not value for money. The friendliness of staff unfortunately did not make up for the sky-high rates. The "hotel rooms" were in fact asbestos bungalows, we were left with a power outage of more than 4 hours which means no air conditioning. No security when we arrive late at night - open booms. Will not recommend or stay there again."

"The property was lovely, but unfortunately no one was there to greet us and we also did not have the gate number. This caused a lot of stress as we could not gain access. Thankfully a neighbor was in and was able to get in touch with someone."
