"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. The location was pretty ideal too, seeing as it’s not far from the Main Street in Agadir and also the beach. It was also pretty clean, for the most part. Now for the negatives. "Just be aware that this is a shared property. Your booking is just for a room. The owner lives in the house, even though this isn't specified in the listing. This may be suitable for some travellers but it is something to be aware of. He was also gentle and understanding when we pointed that out. Anyway, we had to leave upon arrival because we were not comfortable sharing the accommodation with the proprietor. We contacted Expedia for refunds but we didn't get any refund."
